While Nobi’s primary product is our AI assistant, we also have several additional offerings, primarily geared towards DTC ecommerce brands. The following products are all in beta, which means that we’ve found a few great brands who are willing to partner with us to experiment with them to see what kind of impact they can make.

Available Offerings

Cross-sell recommendations in the checkout cart: This is a product that sits in your mini-cart and uses traditional ML + LLMs to find new products to cross-sell to your customers who have already added something to their cart. A/B tests have actually shown an increase in conversion rates and AOVs for customers who use this.

Cross-sell recommendations in the PDP: This is similar to the cross-sell recommendations product above, except it’s much bigger and sits on your PDP as a “recommended products” section. Initial tests have shown an ROI-positive increase in AOVs for customers who use this, albeit lower than those who use the cart cross-sells.

PDP assistant: This is a Q&A tool that sits on your PDPs, allowing your customers to ask questions, but then saving the answers and posting them back to your PDP as conversational FAQs. We are experimenting with this as a way to increase top of funnel traffic from LLMs.
