Getting Started Checklist
Getting started with Nobi just requires a few things to get started:
🔑 A Nobi Account
You’ll need to either sign up on Nobi or set up a demo with us to get your Nobi account.
👨‍💻 Website Code Access
Nobi is designed to be used on websites, to install it you’ll need to add a few lines of code.
For Ecommerce Sites
Nobi can be used by any website, but if you’re a DTC site, we have a few additional capabilities that assume you have:
📦 A publicly available product catalog
If you’re on Shopify, you get this by default (if you have more than 25,000 products, though, there are a few extra steps you’ll need to take). For everyone else, we’ll work with you to get your product catalog into our system.
đź’° The ability to send conversion events (if you want performance reporting)
If you’re on Shopify, you can install a customer pixel that will send us conversion events by default. Otherwise, we can set up an API where you can send us conversion events and we’ll handle the rest from there.
