Suggestion Pills are AI-generated prompts that appear as clickable buttons on your site. Each pill contains a contextual suggestion relevant to the page the visitor is viewing. When clicked, a pill opens the assistant and sends a message or search request to the backend. Pills work across any vertical — ecommerce, automotive, real estate, and more.

How It Works

Add the suggestion pills element to your page and Nobi automatically generates relevant prompts based on the page context (what the visitor is viewing, what category they're browsing, etc.). When visitors click a pill, the chat modal opens with that suggestion already entered. Pills are typed (e.g., cross-sell, Q&A) and adapt to any business vertical.
