Redirects

Redirects let you send customers to specific pages when they search for certain terms in Nobi. Instead of showing product results, Nobi immediately redirects customers to the page you specify. This is useful for queries where a dedicated page provides a better experience than product search results.

When a customer searches for a term you've configured with a redirect, Nobi instantly sends them to your specified URL instead of showing search results.

Example: Customer searches for "store locator" in Nobi. Instead of showing products, they're immediately redirected to your store locator page at /pages/store-locations.

Redirects happen instantly, creating a seamless experience for customers looking for information rather than products.

Redirects are currently not available on the dashboard. Please contact us to implement them.
