Feb 20, 2026 - Excluded IP addresses for analytics and free monthly preview messages
Added an exclusion list for internal IP addresses so visits and events from your team don’t skew analytics. This makes search, chat, and conversion metrics more accurate for merchants. Billing remains unaffected.
Additionally, added a home page to the Nobi dashboard with the ability to preview how Nobi will respond to your customers’ requests. All Nobi accounts now get 100 free preview requests from their dashboard per month.

Custom Actions transforms Nobi from a conversational assistant into an automation agent that can execute business-specific functions directly in your browser. Use your own JavaScript functions for contact forms, shipping calculators, appointment booking, inventory checks, and more and Nobi will automatically invoke them at the right time, collect missing information through smart forms, and provides natural language confirmations. Actions execute entirely client-side with full access to your page's context, APIs, and business logic.

Nobi’s knowledge base feature allows Nobi to pull in information from web pages, documents, and other sources to help answer your site visitors’ questions accurately and with citations.
Additionally, we rolled out the Single Suggestion Pill launch component, which will let you prompt site visitors with specific nudges that you control.

Nobi's conversational responses now include clickable links to products when mentioning them. Makes it easier for customers to navigate directly to product pages from the chat.

Added the ability to mark queries as spam or legitimate (ham) in the dashboard. Helps you filter out noise and focus on genuine customer searches.
Dec 17, 2025 - Out of Stock Filtering
Merchants can now configure whether out-of-stock products appear in search results, with an optional message to customers when showing unavailable items.

Merchandising preview: Preview which products are affected by your filtering and merchandising rules before publishing.
Product ID search: Customers can now search by your internal product IDs in addition to SKUs and natural language.
