Triggered Elements


Triggered elements are dashboard-controlled Nobi components that can appear when a visitor moment occurs, such as page load, time on page, scroll depth, idle behavior, returning visitor, search referral, or exit intent.

When to use triggered elements

  • Use Floating Bar or Compact Button when Nobi should stay available as visitors browse.
  • Use Message Pill or Message Card for prompts tied to visitor behavior.
  • Use Popup sparingly for high-intent moments such as exit intent.

Available triggered elements

Setup path

In the dashboard, go to Website UX, open UX Elements, and choose Triggered. Choose an element, set when it appears, define page rules and schedules, then set it live.
